3. Start at the end of your goal and write what you will need down from last to first.

The following is an example.

Goal:
I want to make an "A" in Math this semester

Steps/To Do List:
6. I must make a A on final exam
5. Study 15 extra minutes for one week for final exam
4. Study 30 minutes every night Monday-Thursday
3. Take notes in class
2. Listen in class
1. Attend class

Now work your plan in order 1-6.

Brain Teaser:
If you make a "B" did you fail or win?

Excellence in Giving recognizes Transparency when charities share more data about governance, finances, strategy, and impact than the IRS requires. Each recognized charity has submitted 175 data points about operations and performance for donors to review before making an informed giving decision.

Transparency seal recipients voluntarily disclose debt levels, Board engagement, 3-year program and financial trends, impact stats, strategic plans, and even an internal S.W.O.T. analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). 2-page Nonprofit Analytics reveal the challenges and successes an organization has experienced executing its strategy, funding its operations, and achieving its mission. In a world where too many dishonest nonprofits have made headlines, the Transparency certification distinguishes a new breed of nonprofits committed to a higher standard of open and accountable relationships with donors.
